BID OPENING:
August 9, 2010 at 3:00 PM in the County Board Room

PRE-BID:
A Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for July 15, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Planning & Development Services Dept. Conference Room and attendance is non-mandatory but strongly encouraged.
NOTE:
(1) This project involves ARRA funding and has very strict deadlines!
(2) This project is under direction/control of Imperial County Planning & Development Services (ICPDS).
(3) This project is for extension of sewer & water to the Heber Public Utilities District (HPUD) infrastructure and as such the project will be inspected by the engineer for HPUD as well as the County.
(4) A temporary construction yard has been permitted by County to be used by contractor.
(5) CALTRANS and IID encroachment permits are pending and should be issued by time of construction.
(6) A full time Construction/Contract Manager hired by ICPDS will oversee the project.
