The Imperial County Planning & Development Services Department will continue working normal business hours but the main office (southern lobby) and annexation building are closed to the general public effective immediately. The northern entrance (off Main Street) will be accessible to submit or receive permits.
A deposit (check, debit, credit card and/or money order) is required with each application submittal. Please contact the Planning & Development Services at (442) 265-1736 for deposit requirements of each project. Effective January 26, 2021, payments processed using a debit or credit card will incur a 2.39% service fee of the total transaction amount.
Requests received before 4:00pm will be schedule for the next business day. For example, a request received at 4:30pm on Friday will be scheduled for the following Tuesday of a normal work week.
