Effective Immediately
- To ensure proper release of permits, Photos IDs will be required at issuance. 
- All listed property owners must sign the Property Owner Acknowledgment form when submitting. 
At a minimum, a permit submittal will contain:
- Signed Permit Application 
- Complete Site Plan 
- 2 copies of details/plans 
- Property Owner Acknowledgment Form 
- Contractor’s Worker’s Compensation or Owner/Builder Forms 
- Deposit or Fee made payable to the "County of Imperial" 
Other documents and/or approvals may be required.
Permits take a minimum of 2 weeks to process. Additional time may be required for department/agency approvals and/or additional plan check review of corrections.
