Traffic Impact Fees
The Traffic Impact Fee (TIF) Study has been prepared for the Imperial County Planning & Development Services Department by KOA Corporation. Impact Fees will be paid by developers to fund circulation system improvements needed to accommodate new development projects generally located in the area between El Centro and Brawley in the Imperial County.
This ordinance has been incorporated into Title 4 of the Imperial County Codified Ordinances.
