PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to the requirements of the CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) and the County’s “RULES AND REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT CEQA” the Imperial County Environmental Evaluation Committee will meet on September 14, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 940 Main Street, El Centro, to review the below-mentioned projects:
Assessment #23-0014: Applicant: DBO INVESTMENTS SC, LLC dba FROM THE EARTH, proposes Conditional Use Permit #23-0014 to allow the operation of a 467 square foot Storefront Retail Cannabis Dispensary and Delivery for Medicinal and Recreational Uses within the 9,782 square foot Salton City Travel Plaza building at 2084 S. Marina, Salton City, CA 92275 (APN 014-178-016-000) and is further described as PAR 3 OF LLA #00221 4.54AC on the unincorporated town of Salton City of the County of Imperial; State of California (Supervisorial District #4), [Evelia Jimenez, Planner II at 442-265-1736 or by email at ejimenez@co.imperial.ca.us].
