PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to the requirements of the CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) and the County’s “RULES AND REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT CEQA” the Imperial County Environmental Evaluation Committee will meet on April 13, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 940 Main Street, El Centro, to review the below-mentioned projects:
Assessment #22-0034 for Conditional Use Permit #22-0020. Applicant: Hudson Ranch I, LLC. The applicant proposes to drill a new geothermal well (13-4) in the Hudson Ranch Unit of the Salton Sea Known Geothermal Resource Area (KGRA) to continue resource development and maximize plant output for the existing facility. The property is legally described as the Northeast Quarter, of the South Half, of Section 13, T11S, R13E, SBBM, in an unincorporated area of the County of Imperial, State of California, Assessor’s Parcel Number 020-010-035, (622 McDonald Road, Calipatria, CA 92233) (Supervisorial District #4), [David Black, Planner at (442) 265-1736, extension 1746 or by email at davidblack@co.imperial.ca.us].
